Emmanuel residency programs involve more than getting coffee and sitting in meetings.
Emmanuel residency exists to build the person building the kingdom.

What to Expect.

At Emmanuel, you'll find meaningful hands on experience and a coach who is invested in leading you along your journey.
Residents will serve an average of 20-25 hours a week for one full year.

Residents will be paid!
The residency program consists of opportunities to explore the ministry field and to grow personally as you learn. Residents will be paired with a coach for the duration of their residency and will develop through educational workshops, hands-on ministry experience, spiritual formation, and participation in a peer cohort.
Upon completion, it does not obligate Emmanuel to hire for a full time role of a future position. The program could serve as a reference toward a staff position or for another like-minded church.
